Like the plane the movie also runs on auto-pilot. Nothing is unwatchable - I mean he isn't TRajendhar or RajKiran - and Vijay always underplays himself in a tolerable way. Every now and then there is something different, but different only in the usual style. For college students and the like, it must be like eating greasy masala dosa in their favorite hotel.
