Found this lying amidst dollar bills in a donation box at the Seattle Public Library. True ?

  1. The highest denomination ever issued for public circulation was $10,000. It had W.Wilson on it – available only in museums now :)

    The highest denomination currently in circulation is $100.

  2. its a good luck thingie..people put it up to kick start a donation or something of that sort..its probably got some advertisement on the other side..its like good luck money people give during diwali..i have a million dollar note like that too..peace
